Jonsey's Chinese restaurant is a favorite in our family; my dad makes the trip a few times a year for the delicious food and friendly service, with the sweet and sour chicken and fried rice being particularly satisfying, while the buffet offers a good variety at a fair price, making it a great dining option for all ages.

Ordered takeout last night from their menu posted. Food was fantastic but I was expecting to pay a lot less than what my bill came to. They need to update their prices on their page. It won't stop me from going back but it would some people.

VERY disappointed with the last three take out orders. Food is good, but time for pick up is always way off. For Mother's Day, ordered at 4:45 P.M., understandably told 6 p.m. pick up due to heavy orders. But when finished the order, time for pick up was now moved to 6:30! O.K., I get it, very busy. Got there and stood outside in the line at 6:20, but didn't get inside until 7 p.m., still took until 7:15 to get the order! 3 others were inside waiting, they had been told 6:15 pick up, and we still got ours before them! Terrible order management, we're going to other restaurants for Chinese in Tecumseh now, should STILL be faster in the long run!!!

Unfortunately this evening we ordered dinner for my sons birthday. The chicken soo guy was raw and uneatable. Once we called with our concern I was very disappointed with the results of a free chicken soo guy on our next order. Even after I explained it was a birthday dinner and an $80 order from our local family restaurant that is all Jones was willing to compensate us with.
