Had a $ 70. dollar order Sunday Nov 21.2021 very dissappointed as it was terrible.
Had a burnt odour and had been reheated several times. Dont accept credit cards, when the ad says they do. Will never order there again. Served in styrofoam containers which I thought are a no no

Terrible, General Tao had hardly any chicken and it had been retried So nasty we tasted a piece and had to throw the whole container out. Called and nicely explained our disappointment but no satisfaction.

As of previous complaint of January 22,2021, manager called and gave us a credit for the dish. We are pleased with their attempt to correct the problem and will try them again.

This is the closests you will get to the taste of authentic Cantonese food like they have in the ones from Ottawa. Since I moved to Smiths Falls Ive tried 3 others and was shocked from the rice to the end.
All their chicken fried rice was actually Curried Steamed rice (A middle easter spice used by pakistsns and Indias people. Has absolutely no Chinese taste what so ever that they won't even try to pass it off as so.. Good job Lotus House for keeping it authentic. Best place for chinese in Smiths Falls.
