On a Tuesday morning (July 21 2015) we decided to go for breakfast
at the New Centennial restaurant in Morrisburg Ontario.
There were no more than 6 people in the restaurant.
My spouse ordered a Western omelette and I ordered the breakfast special.
When the waitress brought our meals, we thought that was odd that the omelette was completely covered with potatoes
Then we discovered the omelette underneath was so over cooked, it tasted like cardboard.
So we told the waitress, the omelette was inedible, and we'd settle for plain eggs and toast for my wife.
The waitress brought the omelette back to the kitchen
when out comes the owner/cook, and in a very aggressive tone
said "that's is the way I cook omelettes".
We offered to pay for my meal but my wife would not be eating the omelette meal and would therefore not be paying for it.
The owner called us thieves, at the top of his lungs and refused our offer to pay for the food I ate, and told us to leave his restaurant and never come back.
The waitress then pushed us out of the restaurant.
So be warned about this owner's method of dealing
with customer complaints about his bad food.
New Centennial restaurant = Bad food and abusive owner and staff.
