For a satisfying meal at a reasonable price, the lunch special at $7.99 is a great deal. I particularly enjoy the Black Bean Beef with a choice of vegetables and rice. Despite some negative feedback, I find this Chinese restaurant near U Waterloo to be one of the better options in the area for a quick and tasty meal. While there may be superior dining options in Toronto, this place offers good food at a fair price and with prompt service.
