The coating on the chicken just tasted of salt, same with the potatoes. The coleslaw tasted like it was 2 days old, I threw that in the garbage.
I will never buy from here again. A waste of $30.

The best fried chicken in town. Love the chicken sandwiches and taters. Wish they still took KFC coupons though I don't go as often as I would like to.

Today I went to have an order of food repaced that I was promised due to a mix up that occured a week or so ago. The cashier was very apologetic when I called to complain and had remembered my order bexause she asked to ensure they had got my order exactly the way I asked for it. She made me feel heard and that shw was truly sorry. Today when I went to pick ul the replacement a different cashier was rude and disrespectful, she made me feel like I was trying to rrob them of fries which was part of the original meal. I was told that because I didn't bring back the food at the time that they would only replace my sandwich. Not only that but with other customers in the store I was told that they would not be replacing it today and was asked to leave. Is this there way of providing great customer service? How can they expect to stay in business if they are not willing to honor free meal replacement because of their error? I was embarrassed and disappointed that I was not permitted to explain (nicely) my situation. I had been a loyal customer for over 20 years and to be treated like this is unacceptable in any establishment.
