Out driving around, playing tourist. Stopped in. The chicken and rice soup to die for. Absolutely astounding.😁 Grilled cheese on homemade bread delissious. Next time we come north, we will go out of our way to return

amazing, breakfast and supper has always been top notch..the inside is beautifully decorated and they have a small area to find something nice for yourself or that special someone.
total must have is the sausage they sell in the store are to take home..Best I have had in years..they just don't make food like that anymore...well worth the drive to get a great meal!
Save room for dessert... its all homemade!!

Hoping this diner has improved in cleanliness and helpfulness of waitresses. We had a very unpleasant dine in experience.
No one greeted us and we sat for at least 10min, this way were we had time to really look around.
That,s when we noticed the more than just a little bit dirty walls and kitchen door.Made us wonder what we couldn't see.
Waited a long time for a breakfast and it was not breakfast hours so not to busy.
Waitress was not friendly and we felt like a bother to her as we were new and didn't know exactly what the menus meal did and did not come with.
One item was quite burnt when it arrived and should not have brought out to us.We felt insulted and very let down as a relative raved about the pie there. Mind you this guy loves food especially desserts.
We went for my birthday and didn't order pie, should have and on another day but the place would still have been dirty.
