Would not recommend. Got home with our pizza and opened the box to find it completely charred black on top. Couldn’t eat it. Unsatisfactory response from manager. Will take our business elsewhere.

The very best pizza I have EVER HAD. I am 50 and have eaten a lot of pizza and from many restaurants. Jim’s Palace is the best. Fresh ingredients and I love that they put the cheese on the top. Their staff are super friendly too.

I have always put off writing this review, but now I will, as a matter of feedback to the owners of this establishment. I cannot comment on the pizza, as I never ordered it, but I have tried their spaghetti with meat balls..It had no flavour whatsoever. The sauce was tasteless,and I really mean this. The meatballs were not any better. It was the worst spaghetti and meatball dinner that I had ever ordered. I tried to eat a little bit in order to give my taste buds a second chance to either approve or disapprove of what I am tasting. I could not continue with this dish and left the majority of it on the plate. My friend who was with me had also ordered meat lasagna, and he described it as having a very bland taste. To be fair to the owner of this establishment, I called her over and gave her feedback on what we ordered. I hope they got the message! I had thought that the name Jims Pizza in Cobourg was serving the same quality of food like Jims Pizza in Port Hope. That is not so. They are different owners. This food experience happened on Canada Day of 2014.

Jims just never have enough deals and when they have a deal is will only be 2 toppings per pizza no thanks to many other deals out there with loaded pizzas

Old style family run pizzaria. Really friendly people. The pizzas are excellent, with lots of options so you can customize your pizza. But try the panzerotto. They are baked fresh and out of this world. Decor is not fancy, but has a cozy feel, and it is clean. Good value for money. I would definitely recommend Jim's Pizza Palace.
