This family-run restaurant offers friendly service, a varied menu, and satisfying meals at reasonable prices. Despite the unassuming exterior, the cozy atmosphere and delicious food make it a hidden gem worth visiting.

I have been going to this restaurant since my grandmother moved to Simcoe 35 years. I love everything about this restaurant~ the food is incredible, the portions are large and the staff are so kind. My absolutely favourite dish is the pork schnitzel but every other dish I have had has been excellent. Thank you for providing a cost effective, comfortable and homey place for me to bring my grandmother each week.

This is the best restaurant for excellent home cooked meals and the friendliest staff.They always go over and beyond.

Your thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated.
It might interest people to know that this restaurant has been operating here in Simcoe for 40 some years, I think, and the ladies waiting on customers have been there for 20, 30 etc years as well. This speaks volumes for the management and staff of the Hiway Restaurant, in my humble opinion.
Why not skip Tim Horton's and stop by for coffee, free refills,
