Visiting Canada for the first time, we chose a Gaucho-style restaurant in the hotel zone near the Falls with a unique approach by offering sides í  la carte instead of a buffet. The meats, especially the cheese-stuffed prime rib, Hawaiian strip loin, and bacon-wrapped filet mignon, were well-seasoned and delicious, complemented by flavorful sides like beef carpaccio and spicy chicken rice. The service was attentive and friendly, with engaging entertainment, making the overall experience enjoyable and memorable.
