I went for breakfast honey Thursday morning around 11:30 AM with my two young boys and my husband. We ordered a couple breakfasts and two kids meals. The restaurant at the time seem to be pretty steady, but not too bad as we were about one of five tables to be served. The waitress who created us was very kind and sweet towards our boys and to us. Our waitress on the other hand was a little bit abrupt and seemed like she was having a bad day so I thought nothing of it. We sat down and waited about five minutes before receiving our drinks. We were then told that our order would be taking momentarily, which was OK because we weren’t in much of a rush. Another man, who walked in after us was seated, and served immediately by the same waitress, who was supposed to be serving us, as what it was taken made away and put it in the computer as it seemed. Our waitress, then came over to us immediately and took away our order. We ordered a two egg breakfast, two orders of kids, pancakes with chocolate chips and bacon, and an order French toast for myself. When the waitress came over to take it what is she forgot our drinks which was no big deal and said that she would get them right after she took our order. We then waited another five minutes before we got her drinks and 45 minutes before we got our food. However, before our food came, there were three other tables of them came prior to us that were serve their food before ours was served. My husband was frustrated and asked waitress how long our food would be, and explain to her that we have been waiting longer than other people who are very even served. The waitress became abrupt and a little bit on the angry side and snappily said that it would be out when it was ready as they were very busy even though the restaurant was not nearly half full. Approximately 10 minutes later, the pancakes I was ordered had to come to the table which they were excited about. It took at least 3 to 4 minutes before our breakfasts followed. My breakfast was delicious and perfect. However, my husband had ordered scrambled eggs, not over easy, and ordered only had ordered a hungry man with over easy eggs; however, he received a two egg breakfast that had scrambled eggs and sausage only. He also ordered hashbrowns with onions and cheese, but received home fries. My husband was very hungry and would usually not say anything in this situation but seeing as he didn’t want to be charge for a hungry man, rather than what he received, he made a comment to the waitress and asked why he receive that instead of what he had actually ordered. The waitress blamed the kitchen and said that they were having problems all day. She said that his order would be out as soon as possible. It took another 10 minutes at least for his order to be prepared and so there was no cheese or onions in his hashbrowns, which ignored, and let go, when we received our bill, we were in fact charge for the cheese and onions in the hashbrowns. Not to mention we were charge for the two juices that our boys received, considering they were supposed to be free according to the menu. My husband spoke to the waitress about the issues, and the waitress was abrupt and not very friendly about it she then said that she would have to pay for the mistakes that the kitchen made. And begin to scribble on our bill we asked to speak to a manager, but she said there were no managers in with her and paid the bill in full and told her not to worry about it. She then did not charge us for our drinks, which we were content with, I would recommend this place again because it was very tasty although I would not recommend the service of this particular waitress which on the bill said Sheryl
