I ordered directly from KFC’s website, not through SkipTheDishes, and selected “Hand it to me” because I live downtown and didn’t want it left outside. Despite this, the site marked it as delivered—but no one came, and my security cameras confirmed it.
Ten minutes later, SkipTheDishes called (even though I didn’t order from them), saying the driver couldn’t reach me. I had received no calls or knocks. I called KFC after 75 minutes, and the manager insisted it was left at my door. I explained I had camera footage and had selected “hand it to me.” She argued, refused to accept proof, and hung up on me. No apology—just said not to order again.
2 hours after ordering, cold food arrived: rubbery fries, soggy chicken, all drumsticks, no gravy on the poutine. KFC used SkipTheDishes without consent, ignored delivery instructions, then blamed me for their mistake. Horrible service and worse food.

Makes you wonder where else the cut corners?
Maybe in the kitchen ?
First impressions are everything
I will never eat there

Brockville KFC is disgusting dont waste your money. Kfc everywhere has improved except brockville has gone the opposite . Whoever owns the franchise should have it taken away.

I am writing this on my husbands behalf. He loves KFC! Not anymore. He has been disappointed in the Brockville location for the second time in just over one month. The last time he ordered all white meat and received a wing and another piece of dark meat. He paid extra money for less meat!tonight, once again, he ordered a Tuesday special only to be told there was NO white meat available! What if he had ordered a bucket.What then? He phoned me so upset that he has vowed to not eat at KFC again. You have now lost a customer at the Brockville location. News travels and I am sure he will let others know his disappointment with KFC.
