The tea here hits the sweet spot with fresh boba and a friendly server named Ginny who happily adjusted my friend's overly sugary order, instantly leveling up the flavor game. This cozy bubble tea joint near the University of Waterloo campus doubles as a quirky hangout where you can borrow board games and browse cute merch-perfect for chilling with friends or squeezing in some study time. While the menu can be a bit confusing and wait times stretch during busy hours, the welcoming vibe, tasty drinks (especially the taro), and excellent customer service keep me coming back for more.

The tea and boba were both delicious, and my friend was able to customize her drink to her liking thanks to the helpful server Ginny. The customer service, along with the cozy atmosphere and board game offerings, really made this bubble tea shop stand out for me.
