After a fun hike, my friends and I indulged in delicious smoothies and vegan entrees at a charming family-owned cafe in a quaint town. The combination of red berry and beet, green pineapple and spinach, and walnut and cocoa smoothies was a hit, as were the tempeh sandwich, falafel wrap, and tofu scramble wrap. The mustardy dressing on the salads that accompanied our meals was a standout favorite. We'll definitely be returning to this cozy spot, despite the slightly higher prices, for more tasty vegan treats in the welcoming atmosphere.
