Worst experiences here. They missed things from our order now multiple times. Yesterday drive through. When they handed bag, I asked is that all? Are you sure? yes they said but to me the bag felt light.. So parked and checked. Donuts were missing. So went inside, waited in line. Got the donuts. No apology offered.
Now today drive through, was handed the bags.. they seemed ok, and had to get home to drop off my passenger... Got home. Found there were donuts missing AGAIN.
Drove back to the TH and waited in line. Got the donuts. Asked to talk to manager. He asked questions. He tried to tell me what to do, that I need to check the bag before leaving. I was told to "calm down"..... he tried to explain the process of how food is served, coffees then warm food. I suggested he as a manager needs to figure out a better process of double checking. He kept trying to toss the blame to me and excuse the staff so wasn't hearing me.
As much as I like TH chili, I am DONE WITH THIS LOCATION.
