I've enjoyed consistently excellent food and attentive service in a western-themed setting with large, tasty portions of locally sourced fare like bone-in rib eye, salmon, bacon-wrapped tenderloin, and blue cheese burgers, though I wish the vegetable sides were more varied and the pasta menu offered more non-seafood options, and while the atmosphere is fabulous and sometimes crowded, the overall experience has been enjoyable enough to keep me coming back.
