The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and our server Annagh was always smiling. My niece, who usually gets bored in restaurants, had a blast with the activities they provided. I'll definitely be coming back for more of their grilled cheese burger and Mac and cheese. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the place was clean with plenty of TVs. Service was a bit slow, but nothing major to complain about.

In our opinion during this disgusting and disappointing visit in no way did it reflect the Montana's acceptable standards. We had the pleasure of speaking to the on-hand share owner/operator Maxine Dawkins after the manager was unable to address our concerns. Maxine pulled a chair to our table in conversation on how disgusting and at its worst currently her restaurant is in, in our opinion NOT following the Montana's standards. Her instant reply was "Yes your right, I can not deny it. At this point if I could I would replace all the staff. Unfortunately that's not possible.' We pointed out to her attention the dirty washrooms, dining area walls, booth seats, the sides of several vinyl table covers dirty even under our paper cover, broken TV full of finger prints, window and window ledge dirty and the floor. The food presentation was terrible. My husbands Burrito Bowel did not at all appear as on the menu also came cold. My Four Cheese Spinach Dip did not have the same consistency. It was very soupy. So over all I hope they enforce the Montana's Guest Experience Brand Policies going forward.

Hey there! I was in this past Saturday with some friends and it was truly a great experience. Your server was Camryn, who made kick -ss whiskey sours was very prompt and accurate with our order's, very attentive. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the Manger, I believe her name was Tiffany who was great. She was all over talking to anyone and everyone she engaged in conversation and even made our table laugh it was truly a great and fun experience and we can't wait to go back to this location as they were all friendly prompt and had a great atmosphere. Thank you so much, See you all again soon!

Today ordered your Montana ribs, your General Manager on Algonquin Ave North Bay was very courteous, friendly and helpful and of course our dinners were delicious as usual. Keep up the good work!!!!
