I enjoy the distinct blend of flavors in dishes like pad thai and tom yum soup, which are always fresh and popular in the mall. While I'm not a fan of malls, I will still go in to grab some pad thai takeout, though I always request to have the tofu removed as I find it unappealing. The transparency of watching the preparation process and ensuring proper cooking adds to the dining experience.
