I have used this bakery over 25 years, the new ownership are cowards and dont care to retain customers. Ashley which go on yelp has horrible reviews for a cake decorator and their front counter grisl dont know how to take orders. they lie and change stories and i will continue to make sure i write aboutbthem as the managers cant even call back to care to listen so others cakes and days arent ruined like they ruined mine. I gave specific details of what i was looking for. the girl who took my order had not a clue, then they had her try to help day of pick up too and couldnt give me the time of day although my cake was not correct. they embellished the order form once i took it to social media, Ashely bashed me and lied (wasnt even working the day i picked up my cake) and stories from facebook and yelp dont match because they are trying to cover their poor job they did on my order. This wont be the last, I will make sure every post and response i give my opinion all becasue the manager couldnt call back and hear me out, instead blames me for :" thats what you ordered" so many mistakes and its a shame, they have always been amazing and I would never bash a company but when you lack customer service... reviews go along way. best of luck to them in hopes they work on their customer service skills, cause my story will def affevt them for a long time to come
