I visited the restaurant for lunch on a weekday afternoon and found it quiet with just one other couple dining. Parking can be a challenge due to limited space in the small shopping center. The food was served promptly, and while the pho was good, I've had better elsewhere. The owner mentioned their award for best pho in OC on a plaque, so if you're in the area and craving pho, it's worth a try.
