The tamale fries here are a standout, featuring crispy fries topped with flavorful tamale that's worth coming back for. I've tried several variations like chicken tinga, a la Diabla, and yucca fries-the yucca fries especially hold up well without getting soggy and have a great taste. While the service can be a bit slow during busy times, the flavors and portions make it a solid choice for a satisfying meal or snack inside the park.

One of the dishes we tried during our visit to Knott's Merry Farm stood out to me - the tamale fries. They were a unique combination of crispy fries topped with flavorful tamale, creating an enjoyable snack. Despite some minor inconsistencies, the overall experience was satisfying, and I look forward to exploring more of their menu options in the future.
