Yum, the ribs at @HnSoulbbq are a must-try. The trailer keeps it simple with just brisket and spare ribs on the menu, and I went straight for the ribs. Messy but oh-so-worth it when you bite into that tender, flavorful meat coated in their heavenly BBQ sauce. The price may be a bit steep, but the taste is worth every penny - Stalker approved!
