If you're working in Newport Beach and craving a satisfying lunch, give Casey's Cafe in the Conexant business park a try. The standout feature is the incredible salad bar with a wide selection of fresh ingredients - my advice is to skip the cold meats and opt for freshly chopped warm meat to elevate your salad. The only downside is the disappointing soda machine, so stick to the canned options. The industrial ambiance might not be ideal for a formal meeting or date, but if you and your companions appreciate a great salad bar, this is a budget-friendly spot worth visiting for a healthy meal.
