Cypress Bistro, operated by culinary and restaurant management students at Cypress College, offers a remarkable dining experience with gourmet, themed meals at an incredibly affordable price. The service is exceptionally attentive and professional, guided by experienced instructors, creating an energetic and welcoming atmosphere that rivals many fine dining establishments. With a rotating international menu and a focus on quality and presentation, this student-run restaurant provides both excellent food and a unique opportunity to support emerging culinary talent.

The culinary school on campus serves amazing meals for a fraction of what you'd pay elsewhere, and the energy in the dining room is infectious. I was blown away by the creativity and quality of the dishes, from the moist biscuit to the Carolina pulled pork sandwich, all offered at an unbeatable price-definitely worth making a reservation for!
