The service at the Red Bar at Hotel Irvine exceeded my expectations. The bartender, Amy, was exceptional and made perfect drinks. The staff, including servers Ellan, Mark, Gabby, Julia, and Debbie, made us feel special and well taken care of. I had a great experience and look forward to returning to this wonderful spot in Orange County.
