The poke here bursts with freshness, and the addition of hot Cheeto dust elevates the experience to a whole new level. While the service felt rushed and the cashier's demeanor was off-putting, the quality of ingredients and generous portions make it a worthwhile choice. I appreciate the variety of fish and sauces, and even though it's a bit pricier than I'd prefer, the flavors and thoughtful touches, like a handwritten note for my girlfriend, truly make this my favorite poke destination.
