Cafe Rio has completely won me over with its fresh, flavorful Mexican dishes like the unforgettable steak and shredded chicken enchiladas, all served with handmade tortillas that are out of this world. The friendly staff, generous portions, and tasty specials-like the $2.50 taco Tuesday deal-make it worth every penny, even if the music sometimes cranks a bit too loud.
