As I approached the food truck near the McDonald's drive-through in the Food4Less shopping center, my appetite was instantly piqued. The corn quesadillas, gorditas, and tacos were all impressively large and delicious, surpassing my expectations for authentic Mexican cuisine. After enjoying my meal, I found myself looking forward to returning to explore more dishes on their menu.
