We love eating this delicious barbecue food. My mouth is watering it just thinking about. This is the BEST barbecue that I have tasted. We come once a week. We get the platter for us to share. The service us good.
I suggest you try it, it's the best.

My wife and I decided to try ruby reds two weeks after they opened hoping they worked out all the kinks, but unfortunately they hadn't. We walked up to the cash register to place our order, but they told us we had to go back to where we entered and place order where they cut the meat. It's confusing because there are no signs and no employees to direct you on the flow when you walk in. Order taker uses a rubber stamp to stamp something on a piece of paper to place on the metal tray then writes order on paper with a pen. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with a side of coleslaw and my wife ordered a pulled chicken sandwich. No one instructs you where to go after you place your order so we had to ask what to do next. By the time we got down to the cash register to pay, employee asked what we ordered so she could ring us up. After telling her what we ordered she didn't know how to charge for a pulled chicken sandwich so she's yelling over to the employees that make the sandwiches asking them how much is a pulled chicken sandwich. I thought that was unprofessional. She could have easily walked over and asked them instead of yelling in front of us. The sandwich maker brought over a tray with the sandwiches and placed it on the counter next to the register. After paying for the sandwiches, I picked up the tray which was dirty and greasy on the bottom and walked it to our table. They forgot my side of coleslaw and my wife's sandwich wasn't pulled chicken it was pulled pork. I went back to the cash register to let them know. They took the pork sandwich and replaced it with chicken. I didn't even bother mentioning the missing side of coleslaw because the line was backing up. Once we had the correct sandwich my wife checked to make sure it was chicken and not pork. There was about two tablespoons of chicken on the bun with a huge scoop of coleslaw on top. The bun wasn't hot or toasted and the meat was only room temperature. My wife bit into the sandwich and found a chicken bone. The bun of my sandwich wasn't warm or toasted either and the meat was just lukewarm. The meat should be piping hot when placed on the bun because the cold coleslaw placed on top lowers the temperature of the sandwich quickly. The drink station is in a bad spot because it's right next to the cash register and turns into a traffic jam with people coming back for refills and people trying to pay for their food. It looks like they spent a lot of time and money on the interior decor and not enough time on quality control. Your food is placed on the paper that your order was written on. We only received one tray for two people to eat off of. It would have been nice to have the sandwiches placed on plates. Even paper would suffice. Our dining experience was poor and the value for the money spent on the food was not a good value. We will not be recommending this restaurant and will not be returning. No wow factor at all at this place!
