Welcome to the Aliso Viejo Chuponcito! Where have you been all this time? Where do I start? How about ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS to the entire menu. This Mexican restaurant is a welcome addition to our community. I stopped in for the first time to take a peek at the restaurant and the menu. To start everything is handmade and authentic. I decided I was going to try their "Chuponcito" breakfast burrito. OMG, I was not disappointed. I am going to make a really bold statement and announce to all this is the best breakfast burrito in Orange County period. I had some amazing breakfast burritos before, but let me explain why you must try this one. First, the buttery handmade flour tortilla ranks right up there with my grandmothers homemade flour tortillas. The tortilla was soft, pillowy, supple and made to perfection. The eggs were made just the way I like them soft like a French omelette. The bacon had a real smokiness to it. Crispy hash browns were added for crunch added texture.They also added avocado and fresh salsa. I also decided I was going to add one more protein-chorizo. Yes chorizo. It's a secrete menu item order called "the Juanito Chuponcito breakfast burrito especial." They key to making a great burrito is making sure the ingredients inside are evenly spread out through n through so that every bite is delicious and good til the last bite. BTW, you won't find oversized dry commercially made flour tortillas here, just homemade lusciousness. The chef in the back has the formula perfected!
