The Bun Bo Hue here is flavorful and well-balanced, with a broth that isn't too spicy and uses fresh ingredients that bring authentic Vietnamese taste. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing fast service in a clean and cozy environment. Although the service could improve with more attentiveness like refilling water or offering extra veggies, the overall dining experience and variety of dishes make it worth visiting when craving Vietnamese cuisine.
