After moving back to OC, discovering this restaurant felt like uncovering a delicious secret, especially on a rainy Tuesday night when we indulged in the all-you-can-eat menu featuring premium, thick cuts of meat that far surpassed my previous experiences. The atmosphere buzzed with energy, the service was attentive without being intrusive, and every bite-from the savory beef tongue to the perfectly marinated pork belly-left me eager for the next visit.
