The staff at Jersey Mike's always greet me with smiles and provide friendly, courteous service, making each visit enjoyable. Their sandwiches, especially the Big Kahuna with extra onions, are delicious and generously sized, perfect for sharing. Although there was a mix-up with an order once, the manager handled it professionally and offered great customer care, which keeps me coming back despite the prices.
