Carnitas Uruapan in Santa Ana serves exceptionally flavorful and tender carnitas tacos with generous portions and a variety of tasty salsas to complement the meat. The staff are friendly and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere despite the simple and somewhat worn surroundings. It can get crowded during peak hours, so visiting outside of rush times is advisable to fully enjoy the authentic Mexican carnitas experience.
