The beef hotpot here consistently delivers rich, flavorful broth and tender meat that keeps me coming back, even if I have to pace myself afterward. Although seating is currently limited due to staff training at their new Garden Grove location, the attentive and friendly service makes the wait worthwhile, with servers regularly checking in and quickly refilling drinks. I also appreciate the seasonal promotions, like free drink upgrades and double meat portions, which add extra value to an already satisfying dining experience.
