Their conchas are always fluffy and the sugar on top is so flavorful, not dry like the ones at the supermarket. I like the yellow ones with the thicker sugar coating the most. Stepping into this Panaderia really takes me back as I walked into a Panaderia in Mexico as a kid, and the workers are always nice.
