Canh bun and bun rieu here are my all-time favorites, featuring generous toppings and a flavorful broth, while the bun cha gio thit nuong is also great, and although the service is nothing special, the spacious ambiance and fresh ingredients, including the bomb dipping sauce for the Bun Cha Hanoi, create a warm, authentic vibe that makes this place worth returning to, especially for canh bun enthusiasts.

I love going to Quan Bun Ban Mai for their delicious Canh Bun or Bun Rieu, which always come with generous toppings and flavorful broth. The ambiance is spacious, and the service is efficient, especially when I call ahead for takeout orders. The Bun Cha Hanoi is also a must-try here, with fresh ingredients and a bomb dipping sauce.
