I tried one of their smoothies today and instantly fell in love with the mango peach with protein flavor-it's become my go-to pre- and post-workout drink. The owner, James, is always there with a friendly smile, making great smoothies and providing excellent service, which is why I happily drive extra miles to this LA Fitness location just for their drinks.

Just tried one of their smoothies for the first time today, and wow, it was amazing! I've been hitting the gym for years and always see the adorable couple running this smoothie shop inside LA Fitness. Seriously, if you're looking for a clean smoothie before or after your workout, this is where it's at-great drinks and even better service!
