The food here is consistently fresh and flavorful, with generous portions that often satisfy multiple people, and the customer service is polite and efficient both in-person and over the phone. While the prices are a bit on the higher side and parking can be challenging, the overall experience, including the quality of the teriyaki bowls and the friendly staff, makes it worth visiting.

Long wait. Asian Cook took time to talk/flirt to a customer instead of taking care of my order. I ordered ahead of her, she came in and placed her order 5 minutes later but she was served first. Cook had a fit when he heard me complain to the cashier. I ordered 3 beef and chicken combo. The beef was good but we had to throw away the chicken that was not cooked properly by your cook with an attitude. We have been a loyal customer since this Buena Park site opened but won't tolerate this kind of service.
