Beba's is one of the rare spots in California serving authentic Bolivian food that truly reminds me of home, especially their incredible salteñas that I've been coming back for over a decade. Even though it's about an hour's drive from the San Fernando Valley, the flavorful dishes like silpancho, fricasí©, and mocochinchi make the trip worthwhile every time I'm in Orange County.

There's a Bolivian restaurant in California that's worth the drive, and I've been hitting up Beba's for over a decade. Their salteñas are out of this world, and I can't get enough of them-seriously, I sometimes order a bunch just for myself. The food takes me back home, and the new Vegan salteñas are a game changer for me since I stopped eating meat; I can't wait to go back for more!
