I'm feeling a bit disappointed because I drove past Taco Surf a few days ago and saw that they've rebranded to Flip Flops Bar'n'Grill. I haven't had a chance to see if there are any changes to the menu, but I'm hoping the new spot maintains the same quality. While at Taco Surf, I always enjoyed the carne asada, and the service was great due to the lack of crowds. The chips were tasty, but I felt the rice could have been better. I'm looking forward to trying out Flip Flops and hoping for a similar experience to Taco Surf.
