Nalu's Hawaiian Fish surprised me with its flavorful grilled salmon glazed in caramelized soy and a generous trio of sides that keep things interesting-plus, swapping rice for coleslaw is my go-to carb hack. The vibe is super chill, the service is speedy (shoutout to Carlos who always remembers my order), and while the chicken can be a bit dry, the fresh coleslaw and teriyaki sauce save the day, making me eager to try more of their tasty menu soon.
