It's unfortunate that this restaurant has closed down, as it seems this area has had some bad luck with eateries. However, Woodfire Kabob is a great alternative, offering delicious food despite being a bit further away. The Beef Koobideh and Combo Koobideh were particularly tasty, with generous portions that could easily cover two meals.

I absolutely love this place! It's definitely a hidden gem. I recommend the AYCE Lunch Buffet on the weekdays because then you can try all of their best dishes in one seating: chicken kabobs, koobideh (ground beef), chunks of filet mignon, rices, salads, and my favorite the yogurt sauce! If you don't opt for the AYCE, you will still receive a large portion for whatever you order. I can usually only eat half and then save the other half for dinner.
They get extra points for having dark and white meat chicken kabobs (i appreciate how they're not actually on bbq sticks, making it much easier to eat for clumsies like me). The chicken is extremely juicy and tender (not like other Persian/mediterranean restaurants I've been to). Also, a major plus is I don't feel guilty eating here because the food is pretty healthy, with most of the meats being grilled.
The staff is also really friendly and attentive. My water was always refilled. I met one of the owners, Sue, and she is hilarious. Every time I come in, we always end up trading stories.
Food tip: put some of the white yogurt sauce on your rice and/or dip your chicken/koobideh/filet mignon in there. It's so good I put it on everything.
Oh and a budgenista tip: If you go on the website, you can usually find a coupon making the meal even more affordable.
So to sum it up, this place gets 5 stars because:
* Delicious, flavorful, and juicy food
* AYCE Lunch Buffet
* Affordable price
* Great Staff
