The fish here is incredibly fresh and expertly prepared, making the price totally justified-just be ready to drop some cash for an unforgettable sushi experience. Sitting at the bar is the way to go for quicker service, where you can watch Shin, the sushi master himself, work his magic while chatting with the friendly staff. From the creamy albacore to the crunchy cucumber salmon roll, every bite transports me straight to Tokyo, and I can't wait to come back and try even more of their delicious offerings.

After 25 years of eating at Shin's I'm still surprised by what he can create.
Excellent supportive and friendly staff.
