This food truck serves up some of the freshest and most flavorful Mexican dishes I've ever tasted, with carne asada and lengua tacos that pack a punch alongside their homemade spicy salsas. While the wait can be a bit long and the "wet burritos" caught me off guard at first, the friendly service, generous portions, and charming outdoor seating with lovely town views make every bite and minute worth it.

The Mexican food truck offers deliciously fresh food with friendly service and limited outdoor seating, providing a nice view of the town, although more yellow jacket traps on warm days would be beneficial.
