Recently, we had our woodstove Insert replaced by a company that was fast, efficient, and respectful. Wolfgang, the service tech, was patient, thorough, hard-working, and provided great communication from start to finish. Thanks to him, our fireplace now works better than it did 16 years ago when it was new.
