Waitress is unprofessional and needs to lose her attitude. Simple mistakes could have been corrected but the waitress didn't give 2 sh-ts and hung up. Extremely rude. Food isn't that good for the crap customer service . Until she's fired I'll never eat there again nor the 20 other peeps I know . Gd millennials.

The first time I went to simply ramen I was awed by the presentation and taste of the food. The service was impeccable. I throughly enjoyed my time there and am looking forward to my next visit.
