My mother and I go to American Cafe every now and again for breakfast and the food is so so. However, I was very annoyed today when I called to ask if they were hiring.
I called yesterday after two and waited a very long time but no one picked up and there was no voice mail.
Today when I called around 11:40 a very rude lady picked up the phone and angerliy said they weren't hiring then without giving me any time to reply said I need to call after two and hung up on me.
I understand that she may have had things to do, but I am a potential customer and the most important thing in a restaurant is the customers and how you treat them.
With there food only being so so, they just lost a customer.
