This is a great little restaurant! Great food, and reasonable prices! Also friendly servers and atmosphere. We don't live near there anymore, and we really miss it. We're going to try to plan a trip back soon, and eating at Bay Burger Inn is one of the reasons we want to make the trip.

Do not expect to get waited on if you go there a half an hour before they close because they will tell you their closed. The two girls working there were two of the rudest people I have seen in some time. Me and my wife went there on Feb. 1 2013 at 6:20 and set at the drive up for 10 minutes and they would not answer the order board so I drove up and the wife ran in and they rudely told her they were closed now this was 6:30 and the sign said open until 7:00 so I go in just to make sure that they refused to serve because they were closed even though it was not 7:00 yet. It’s really a shame because we will never recommend this place to anyone and will never darken the door way again It’s really too bad that I did not buy that property from the plumber family when they sold I can tell you at this time there would no longer be a bay burger inn in Empire. It is too bad that these establishments like this one and so many others that I have seen go under because they higher teenagers to run their businesses and they are to busy flirting or what have you to do their bosses any value
