I love Whoppers, but this place can't seem to get it right when I ask for no mayonnaise. Another problem is that they're slower than a sit-down restaurant for supposed "fast food." What's up with them always forgetting ketchup too? I ask for ketchup packets when I'm at the drive in. It's never there in the bag when I drive off. By then, I've waited so long for the food that I don't even have time to go back and try to have them fix it. I end up with gross dry fries and a bunch of mayonnaise on my Whoppers. If you can't handle special orders, just say so up front. There's always a new crew so I keep going back hoping it will be better like other BKs across the country. Nope! It's too bad really.
