After enjoying the familiar favorites at Celilo's Happy Hour menu for over a decade, my recent visit revealed a complete overhaul of the offerings, leaving me surprised and disappointed. The new menu lacked the mushroom pasta, steak friets, shrimp skewers, and green salad that had become staples for me and my dining companions. Despite some highlights like the blood orange drops and fine oysters, the overall change left us longing for the return of the beloved dishes that had made Celilo a go-to dining spot in Hood River for so many years.
